Return Window

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To begin a return, contact our support team or submit a request through our Returns Page.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

  • Returns are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt.

  • The following items cannot be returned:

    • Custom or personalized products

    • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., beauty, personal care)


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

  • We currently do not offer free returns for non-defective items or items that match their description.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team.

  • If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process above.
